The Beginner Program is designed to provide foundational skills for fencers. Basic footwork and bladework techniques are introduced. All necessary equipment is provided. Students should wear long sweatpants or athletic pants (no jeans) and athletic shoes.

A Beginner Fencers’ Guide (V5.1) written by coach Toby Lee is available to help guide you through the sport of fencing in detail.
